NO SEARCHING PROPERTY WITHOUT A WARRANT:
Every 4th of July we watch the government set up random check points, it's blatant violation of the Constitution and they know it is, it's their little joke. The government can not search any private property without a warrant from a judge, with your name on it, and a description of what exactly they expect to find, because of a crime committed.
GUN CONTROL NOT IN OUR VOCABULARY:
Many early Americans depended on guns to eat. Early Americans depended on guns for defense of their state. There was no motive what-so-ever to disarm the average American citizen.
The founders of America hammered a nail in the coffin of gun control by declaring "the right to bear arms shall not be infringed" and made it Amendment #2. James Madison didn't think amendments were needed, because the government had no such powers to do such things.
NO STANDING ARMY:
Who was to take your guns, reside on your property, and push you around? There was nobody.
The founders of America intended no standing army. They relented and created a navy to protect shipping, but these troops were far away.
Militia, made up of most males 17 and older, using their own guns and equipment.
(P.S because of the early America navy, foreign ships would fly American flags because pirates were afraid to screw with us)
AMERICAN GOVERNMENT WAS CREATED WITH NO AUTHORITY:
In early America , the highest power in the land was the local Sheriff, and he had no power.
The Sheriff could only detain you with good suspicion of a pre-written crime, if he couldn't charge you, he had to let you go.
The government had no authority to throw you in jail.
The Sheriff detains you for a short time, brings you to a court, the judge? NO! the jury, made up of citizens decides if you're guilty, and they had better be damn sure, otherwise the system is set up so people walk free.
Where is government power? THERE IS NONE!
Now we have people going to jail because some government schmuck said someone lied. Perjury only applies in a court if law after someone takes an oath.
FEDERAL AUTHORITY("JUDICIAL REVIEW"):
Originally, James Madison intended the Federal government to have judicial review over states. This was shot down by early Americans. For the Federal courts to decide cases for the states, they had to be invited by the states.
NO CRIMINAL RECORDS:
The founders of America didn't create a criminal record system.
If a person was guilty of something, they were in jail.
If they were such a danger to the public, they were executed after a conviction.
If they were not in jail they were free.
How does our modern government say someone is too dangerous to get a job, but they're not in jail?
THE POLICE:
When the government packed people into cities during the industrial revolution, crime increased.
Cities paid citizens to "police" the area.
What extraordinary powers were given to police officers? Answer: NONE
The police have the same power any citizen has, to witness crimes and detain a suspect to be held for the court.
The police were never intended to out match the public.
20,000 citizens , some with guns, vs. 6 police with billy clubs , which group is more powerful?
40,000 citizens , some with guns, vs. 10 police with six shooters , which group is more powerful?
It's time for us to remember that police departments have no constitutional right to exist.
THREE EQUAL BRANCHES OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
The executive (President) , Judicial , and Legislative
In early America, laws begin with the public. Any branch of government can strike down a law for being unconstitutional.
Notice : "strike down" , not uphold.
How does modern America say the Supreme Court makes the final decision, when it's supposed to be an "equal" branch of government?
The founders of America DID NOT create a Federal Reserve
The founders of America DID NOT create an IRS
The founders of America DID NOT create a FBI
The founders of America DID NOT create a CIA
The founders of America DID NOT create an BATF
The founders of America DID NOT create a Department of Homeland Security
