Schools in minority areas get just as much funding as schools in afluent areas. What they don't get is parents who are educated and invest in their child's education. There's nothing government can do about that.

There is some truth in this.
Right off the bat when one of Obama's crony friends was arrested outside of his own home - trying to "break-in" after losing his keys.
Obama IMMEDIATELY assumed it was because he was black. Even called the police officers involved - STUPID.
Of course, we know the rest of the story. It wasn't the police who were stupid... it was his asshole of a friend who decided to be a class A jerk and refuse to identify himself or cooperate with the officer sent there after a neighbor called the police believing someone was breaking in.
This was the beginning of serious decline in race relations in America.
