The Catholic church is responsible for the break through by intelligent Christians seeing the bible's lies clearly now. That church has accepted Darwinian evolution, which is a direct contradiction of Genesis. I haven't heard any deeper understanding of Christianity on this board than what we are getting from Ding and Meriweather. They speak the truth on the bibles being full of impossible lies and I as an atheist am with them.

Literal belief in the bibles is dying on account of the obvious impossible accounts of history.
The Catholic church blew it all to hell with their acceptance of evolution.

Ding's, Meriweather's, and my discussions with each other led to my enlightenment. I didn't feel hit, as with a 'stroke' from heaven (the clouds) but it did bring me understanding of their attempts to turn away from their bibles, to modern reality.

Their Catholic church opened the doors for them that led them to the truth. That just so happened to be in tune with my atheist beliefs.
