You hear a lot of talk about "rights", and often it is ignorant talk and plain propaganda.

What are real rights? What are fake rights? Where do rights come from?

According to the United States Declaration of Independence, our rights come from God:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"

Whether or not you believe our rights come from God, as American citizens, our rights are presented in the Bill of Rights. Your gender or color do not matter. The rights in the Bill of Rights apply to all Americans.

Human Rights: While some people also use this term for propaganda purposes, it is agreed that there are actually some fundamental human rights that all human beings have, again, regardless of sex or race. Of course, the most fundamental of those rights is the right to actually Live.

FAKE RIGHTS: What are fake rights? Any right applied to a certain group: Women's rights, gay rights, minority rights, even animal rights . . . these are nothing but propaganda slogans and they are usually used to advance some nefarious agenda. As I stated, your gender or race do not matter, we all have the same human rights, and as Americans we all have the same Constitutional Rights.

Abortion: The abortion battle is a classic example of how fake propaganda rights were pitted against actual real human rights.
  • The pro choice side appealed to women's rights. But there are no such things as women's rights. That is a propaganda slogan.
  • The pro life side appealed to human rights and our Constitutional rights, specifically the Right to Life, the right to be alive and not be killed by somebody. These are real rights and we all expect them to be respected for ourselves every day.
Abortion violates that most sacred fundamental right, the right to Life. Every human being has the right to live: Their age, color, sex or stage of development does not matter.

This seems very simple when explained correctly, right? So then one must wonder why so many people are so fixated on being able to violate that right and kill human beings.

Since only women can have abortions it is a right only women can exercise therefore it is a woman's right.

Of course a fertilized ovum is a couple of human cells but the question is when do we consider that collection a cells a human being with its own rights.

If you want to claim the fertilized ovum is a human being with the full compliment of recognized human rights are you prepared for all of the consequence of that decision?

For example why does that fully recognized 2 cell human being have the right to inhabit the body of another human being?

Yes only women can birth a child.

Thats not what your side has said, in congressional hearing no less.

Any anyway it has nothing to do with the point of the OP. Just because women birth babies they do not enjoy special rights.

And NOBODY has the right to violate someone else's right to Life.

Its not a "decision". It is a scientific fact that a human being is a human being regardless of their stage of development, and all human beings have human rights.

You are engaging in the same logic that your DemoKKKrat forefathers engaged in with the slaves: A certain group of human beings can be denied rights.

You and your party of slavery has not changed a bit. You never cared about peoples' rights and you still do not.

You seem to believe that life starts at conception while others believe they start later.

Catholics were the first to push it started at conception while the Evangelical Christians started to effectively believe that in 1978.

But lets be consistent, why aren't all these people who believe Abortion is murder in front of IVF clinic condemning the Mass Murder involved in discarding fertilised eggs.. This is done at a way higher rate than regular pregnancy abortions.

Where is the mass objections there?

And also why Evangelical Christians suddenly condemn it in 1978 when before that it was a 'Catholic Issue'

US has signed the US Convention for Human Rights. While nearly every country in the world enjoys the protection of the ICC (International Criminal Court) the US refuses to..

This thread is about rights.

So are you prepared for all the consequences of legally recognizing a fertilized ovum as an independent human being with the full compliment of recognized rights?

Why does a any fully independent human being with a full compliment of human rights have the right to commandeer the body of another human with a full compliment of human rights for its own benefit?
 
The pro-life pioneer Dr. Mildred Jefferson said it best: “I am not willing to stand aside and allow this concept of expendable human lives to turn this great land of ours into just another exclusive reservation where only the perfect, the privileged, and the planned have the right to live.” That’s a sentiment that anyone, from any religious or nonreligious background, can get behind.

You are correct

What is going on here is, the reason there are all of these subgroups demanding rights is that these subgroups in the past have been denied their rights

For example, woman and blacks were denied the right to vote at one point in US history. So what the Left has cleverly done is, exploit the fact that these subgroups were denied those rights in the past screamaing social justice, and then once their rights were returned to them, such as the right to vote, insist that their rights continue to be trampled even though they now have the same rights under the law as everyone else.

No matter what one does, no one can pay for the sins of the past, which is why the plan is so brilliant. No matter how much you do for the subgroup wronged in the past, nothing can make up for the rights that were once trampled.

You then have a never healing wound, assuming you can keep the wound from healing and open and hurting, which is exactly what the Left does every chance they get. That is why the FBI is going round trying to find examples of white supremacy in the US, or if they can't find it, they will create it.

And we can all see that the concern for these subgroups from the Left is all virtue signaling, which we see how they react to how the subgroups are mistreated within society.

For example, Larry Elder, who is a black man, ran for governor of California. When he campaigned, a white woman in a gorilla mask ran up to him and assaulted him by throwing eggs at him, a clear racial statement against Black folk by the white woman. However, not a word from the NAACP, not a word from BLM, and not a word from the media. Instead, the media said that Larry Elder was the black face of white supremacy.

And with women, we see men transition into women as these transgenders dominate women sports, for obvious biological reasons. The result? Women's sports were destroyed by these transgenders. But does the Left give a damn? No, because they helped create a whole new subgroup to use for political purposes. Again, they don't care about transgenders, they merely want to exploit them for political power. In fact, what is even a woman? Now being a woman is fluid and not determined at birth. The very subgroup that the Left claims to care about they have effectively eliminated.

True rights aren't gender-specific, they apply to everyone equally. There's no such thing as "woman's rights" or even "men's rights."
