The Ruling is Unenforceable
The employer can evade it by simply giving a different reason for refusing to hire the LGBT person. He can say he found a better candidate. This tactic was done for years by real estate agents who didn't want Blacks in certain neighborhoods.

Or any person can now say they had come out of the closet if their employer fires them.

I think it's bullshit the government can compel a private business to hire someone they want nothing to do with.

I also think it's stupid to refuse to hire people based on race or any of the left's victim division classifications.

If a fudge packer can do a good job then hire them on merit. If you just can't stand seeing a prancing freak of nature in your place of business that should be your right also.

I'm not surprised by the ruling in any case, and I really don't care. All the fag mafia is doing is alienating itself. If I ever own a business I won't care is someone is a pillow biter. If they're a repulsive flaming faggot and I think they will repel customers or create strife in the work place, I'll find a better fit.

You can
But because the person is gay, he can now sue you for discrimination. Sooner or later, you will get tired of being sued

Such rulings are not intended to be enforceable. Anyone with the wealth and social status to be accorded the privileged status of Plaintiff in U.S. court is unlikely to benefit (or have any real issues to be addressed) by any action on such a facetious precedent.

Yes..your right to be a dick-head is still intact! However....the heart of the ruling is about Federal civil rights..and the right to sue the hell out of employers who step over the line.

This ruling is a lawyer's dream..much money to be made in torts~

I fucking hate that labor union picket line bullshit. It's not as if the feds will let me quit and work for someone else or start my own business.

That's all it is, a dream. They never get out of law school debt, always hoping to "make partner" at a big corporate firm. It's a token verdict of $1 or else some other settlement out of court under a gag order.

Plenty of blackmail and extortion going on with the big corporate labor unions.

Or replace 3,000,000 Americans in IT with Indian Business Visas.

The odds are the company has attorneys already on retainer and can hold out for years.

I doubt if a corporation is going to risk its reputation firing gays. A small business will be ruined by litigation

Because I am neither a neo-Con nor a Socialist.
You know, the MNCs that off-shored and Business Visa'd the US workforce into voting for Trump who ran on a platform of MAGA and against Corporations controlling Congress.

ROTFL! Lawsuits cost big money, neighbor. The loser has to pay his lawyer and, in most states, all the court costs. Sooner or later, someone will go broke.

I tried to sue the Town and I was told the judge belongs to the Party in power and will keep putting the case at the bottom of the heap and each visit to court will cost me $300.00.
