Look...pumping money into the economy is inflationary . Bit that's not the only driver of inflation at work here.
Oil companies jumped their [prices up because they had taken massive losses AND THEY COULD.
Covid created huge supply chain issues raising prices.
A labor shortage made supply tougher as well as boosting wages (also inflationary)
And Russia invaded Ukraine creating world wide increases in both grain and oil prices.
And that government spending? Had it not been for that the economy AND the stock market would have crashed HARD.
