When he took office, there were 60 Democratic senators; after 8 years of Obama there were 46. The number of House seats held by Democrats shrunk from 257 to 188. There were nine fewer Democratic governors than in 2009. Democrats held fewer elected offices nationwide at the end of his second term than at any time since the 1920s.

I said popular presidents lose and unpopular presidents get wiped out. Obama started with 257 Reps. Trump only has 219. Trump will be lucky to have 188 when this is done. We will see. It doesnt hurt my feelings that Obama suffered a midterm loss like every president has since 9/11 bump Bush got. Its a fact. Trump will likely get steam rolled.
