So as you write poor people can not afford State ID's it make me wonder how many of those poor people have Jobs, live in apartments and have to cash their checks because all those things require forms of ID and banks require photo ID's along with apartments.

Most people carry a form of ID around and you being a cop know this and you being in California you also know the laws are strict on how photo ID is required for certain things.

So your argument the poor can not afford photo IDs is just pure nonsense and you are against the ID requirement just because it will stop the illegal vote.

Also there is no proof of five million Russians Nationalist voting in the 2016 election.

Each state has a different requirement on what is a proper ID to vote. The Red States, seeking to suppress the vote, do not accept any old ID card (student ID, Library Card, even a Driver's License); not everyone has an original birth certificate; CA has passed a new law, which requires what is called a "REAL ID".

Once again, how many votes were cast in Nov. 2016 and 2018 which were fraudulent, and how many citizens legally able to vote were unable to vote because the days to vote were shortened, the polling places were few and far between some communities and the ID they used for years was not accept by the poll Captain?
