Pretti Shooting my opinion as a member of US Lawfare

Can ICE shoot the leader of the next angry liberal mob? Be careful, there are quite a few of them on a weekly/monthly basis.
They can but only with OC spray

Let me help you understand use of deadly force law.
A reasonable person must believe serious bodily injury or death is immanent. That means going to happen fight now this second. That test wasnt met as she was unarmed and far away not even aware of the cop who shot her. No other cop saw her as a threat they didnt fire. She was not the first through I saw the video and there is no fist through standard. The cop had a history of gun problems and is now indicted for fraud.

She was within 10 feet, not far away.

No other cop saw her as a thread because there was no other cop there at the time.

She was the first to climb through the window that the violent mob had just busted out of the last law enforcement barricade.

Once trough the barricade they were about two steps from the rear door of the House Chamber.

Lt. Byrd (now Capt. Byrd since his promotion) personally watch the violent mob use improvised melee weapons to break through the barrier.

Wrong on every point there was never an imminent threat. I watched the video.

Byrd is a controversial figure with a record of mishandling firearms, including once leaving a loaded pistol in a Congressional Visitor Center bathroom. Roberts said Byrd’s decision to fire his weapon on January 6 indicated his unfitness for duty.
Roberts, the Babbitt family’s lawyer, is planning a wrongful death lawsuit naming both Byrd and the U.S. Capitol Police as defendants. The suit has yet to be filed due to a federal law requiring a months-long notice period before such actions can be brought against government agencies.

The family is crowdfunding their lawsuit. The effort has raised more than $76,000 of their $500,000 goal.

Byrd was not justified in killing Babbitt, Roberts said, because he had no reason to believe the unarmed Babbitt posed a threat to himself or others. Byrd fired the only shot at the Capitol on January 6, and Babbitt was the only person there killed by gunfire that day.

So must think the Kent state shooting was legal
False there has to be an imminent threat. First response is OC spray. If the mob is armed thats the threat. If not they must fall back if they cant contain the mob. They also have kinetic weapons. I think they should brign back the old rubber club

I am from the South. Growing up, kids had shotguns on gun racks of their trucks. Nobody got shot. It is certainly a societal change. I don’t deny that. I would blame the degradation of society on the progressive movement, but I digress.

It is undeniable that criminals in the US have guns and lots of them. Making guns illegal doesn’t make them go away. If guns were made illegal, only law abiding citizens would turn them in. Criminals, by definition, break the law.

Also, the intent of our 2nd Amendment is also to protect us from government tyranny. Granted, this has become much more difficult to do with the advanced weaponry of the military, but there is strength in numbers and always will be.
Gun owners need to get into the habit of saying, "Some criminals". In the same way as, "Some legal gun owners", can undertake a school shooting.

As for banning guns and tyrannical governments -

There are 195 countries with a total population of 8 billion.

There are 17 countries that ban guns with a total population of 138,734,651.

8.7% of countries with 1.73% of the world's population banned guns.

There are 5 countries that are classed to have tyrannical governments, only 2 have banned guns.

No offence, yanks need to get 1776 out of their system. When they keep going on about tyrannical governments, the world chuckles. But Yanks are the most obsessed nation on the planet.

The mob at Kent state was throwing rocks and had trapped the National Guard against a fence

The angry mob that Babbitt was leading was an imminent threat to Congress. There were no further barriers

Capt. Byrds decision to fire that day showed great control as the last line of defense as a violent mob broke through the last law enforcement barrier prior to the mob gaining access to the House Chamber.

He didn't panic, his self control is to be commended, with one single shot center mass he shocked the mob and stalled them long enough for reenforcements to arrive.

There were more officers inside thed House Chamber with weapons drawn, if he hadn't stopped the violent mob, they would have accessed the House Chamber and more would have died.

Capt. Byrds actions saved lives that day.

You dont seem to know what imminent means. Going to happen right now this second. She was not the leader. All they had to do was use OC spray. You should watch the video

The peaceful protest at Kent state was many yard away form the National Guard and may who were shot were not involved in the protest. It was widely seen as a massacre.
You seem to like the idea of government shooting people.

Good riddance? Another one rioting and interfering with removing Criminal Aliens should be the final judgements. Guy was slamming the lady's head into a car wa one reported story as he "tried to help her". All over the map. Trust in ICE. Back the Blue. You will be good 99%

Too many get lost in the minutia.

Well, Good certainly wasn't, it was just her and her partner.

As for Pretti, he was just filming the Nazis when they attacked another woman.
“Drive Baby, Drive”.

Not sure what or why you people think enforcing laws is nazi-like when it is your side that thrives on mandating vaccines, threatening people’s livelihoods who don’t comply with vaccines, presenting papers for vaccines and even threatening people with prison if they question vaccines.

You mean why were we trying to keep you morons from spreading a disease because you are pig-ignorant of science?

You were not interested in stopping the spread as much as you were more interested in fascist control. Plus, your science proved to be bullshit and futile.

A car with two ladies is not a mob
A man helping a woman off the ground is not a mob
No but the 100s around two ladies with a car trying to obstruct law enforcement and heeding police commands is a mob. Same with a guy chasing after law enforcement vehicles kicking their tail lights out.

Don’t obstruct law enforcement and you won’t get shot. Simple.
