The officer that took Pretti's gun turned around and started to leave then the Sig Sauer, style 9mm went off. This gun has been known to do that as there have been many complaints to the company. Someone yelled GUN! After that, an enhanced video shown Pretti reaching to his right hip and pulling something out. IMO that was enough for officers to fire on him. The whole thing was a clusterfuck that never would have happened if Pretti hadn't inserted himself into a lawful enforcement action. Beyond that, Pretti would not have felt entitled if his Governor and Mayer hadn't encouraged defying ICE and BP and by keeping a sanctuary city which is unconstitutional.

There is a clear, enhanced video that shows Pretti reaching back toward his right hip and pulling out something just after the first shot. These radical lefties here can't seem to face the fact that Pretti put himself in that situation and, at the same time, they ignore the fact that Walz and Frey were rebelling against Federal immigration enforcement and letting rapists and murderers walk among their populace.

They rely on their fellow officers which is part of their training. Yelling GUN is a warning to other officers that a gun is now in play. Before that, they had no idea he was packing.
