because almost ANYBODY knows that we have thinngs called counter terrorism agents, and DEA agents, and people in foreign countries who work with us on identifying these people and shipments. Its the reason our Coast Guard and other agencies often intercepts them. Not everyone is walking through this world as a blind man, such as yourself.
