President Trump Has Begun Discussions with President Putin

The war can end if Putin leaves. That should be the ONLY condition. Ukraine should settle fr nothing less. We have not spent that much money there, and you right wing Putin-lovers just need to stop. We've spent more in Israe over the years and yu don't mind spending more.

How many more Ukrainains are you willing to send to their deaths? What if the Russians wear them down and take Kiev?
If Russia takes over the Ukraine completely, wouldn't a peace agreement with a mostly free Ukraine have been a better idea?

making invasion by foreign nations of their neighbors, illegal, as well as immoral.

If invading Ukraine is illegal and immoral, then why do they need us? There are 192 other countries on the planet, most of which live within a few hundred miles of the Ukraine border where the fighting is going on.

Why aren't more of them interested in opposing this illegal action?

ANSWER: the USA is highly profitable and successful due to its location and capitalist policies, and the people of America should be living like kings. Instead, a corrupt government has been bleeding Americans dry for many decades then clandestinely sending all of our money abroad to prop up all these other countries. This has allowed many other countries to develop without need of massive military budgets, etc., so that they can focus more on everyday comforts.

This might have been OK at one time but now we are borrowing money to give to others while being left to foot the interest, which is so great now as to nearly equal our GDP. The time to cut spending and save wisely is upon us. Defending Ukraine might be the idealistic thing to do but is no longer the /practical/ thing to do.

Time for the 192 other countries to pony up.

He does, but trump refuses to challenge Putin.

Why does he need to challenge him? Putin is not bothering us. Russia is the largest country in the world nearly double the size of the USA replete with vast resources and Trump is a businessman--- Trump is looking to work a deal profitable to the USA. You don't make business deals by pissing off the people you want to deal with.

So you think trump is defending Putin because of the Best Interest of America?

Wow.

So you think trump is defending Putin because of the Best Interest of America?

Where has Trump ever DEFENDED Putin? Post the video.

You better get those cobwebs cleaned out of your head.

And yes, as president, Trump looks at everything in terms of what is best for US.

That's his job.

Helsinki for one

Get your head out of trump anus.

The mineral excavation will not be in a combat zone.
If there is any mineral excavation going on, its because a peace deal was signed, which will end the warzone.

Yes, everyone knows that. Except Zalenskyy who is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I think someone had to explain it to him.

Ukraine is all but destroyed. Thousands have died. WWI trench warfare is ongoing. You want to keep this shit going? Not me. Trump's deal to excavate minerals will give US a huge presence in Ukraine who will be splitting revenue with US. Putin is willing to come to the peace table. America's huge footprint in the mining/excavation of rare earth minerals will act as a deterrent to Putin going forward, as well.
They are not asking you to fight. Why do you care, if they wish to defend their freedom and sovereignty from Russian aggression? But, defending them against Russian aggression is fine, if they will pay us, by giving us half the profits of their natural resources? So, you support freedom, if the price is right? How very transactional of you, no considerations of right and wrong, history support for freedom and democracy, only a favorable transaction.

Does your theory of transactional morality (right and wrong) extend to the personal level? If I walk by an alley, and see you being brutally raped and beaten by some rapist thug, while 3 of their friends watch, should I simply walk on by while you scream for help unless I can cut a deal with you to give me your p#ssy in perpetuity instead (but without the beatings) of your attackers (oh and not even promising to protect you next time he comes or wishes to cum)? Should I give you one of my spare guns to kill the bastards, instead of getting personally involved physically, though my wife helped pay for the weapons and ammo I would give away? Or should I pull my weapon, shooting the rapist thug until no longer a threat, while holding the three friends at bay? Or should I just walk on by, not getting involved or taking notice, as not my fight, after all, you aren't my wife or daughter, and not wanting to take a life or physically injure somebody that had not attacked me or my wife and daughter yet?

Just how transactional is your true sense of morality?

They have been and are continuing.

The idea is to stop the fighting. Putin wants to stop.
