The memo didn’t contain one single item of “national security” matters. Nothing was redacted.

Richard Nixon was thrown out of office and needed a pardon to avoid prosecution and Bill Clinton took a plea deal to avoid prosecution. And both had articles of impeachment drawn up against them and passing in committee; with Nixon resigning before the full House voted and Clinton being impeached. Impeachment being tantamount to being changed.
