If the Republican -dominated House Intelligence Committee said that the Sun rose in the East and set in the West... I'd get a second opinion...
Well of course you would. That is exactly what a partisan hack would do...
Considering that I did not trust Obumble nor Shrillary nor the Dems any further in most respects either, I can proudly say that that label does not stick to me.
Your problem, on the other hand, is your myopic belief that anyone who reviles the Imperial Cheeto must ipso facto be a Progressive. Wrong, buffalo breath.
They are not to be trusted in this matter due to their partisanship. Not to worry, though...Special Counsel Robert Mueller will tell us everything we need to know...The very minute that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is ready to tell us...And not a moment before...God... you can almost hear the Republicans sweating, can't you? Hilarious, funny stuff.
It is so precious watching panic-stricken progressives attempt to convince themselves that it will all be “ok”.

What Progressive(s) would those be?
...First, it was that the Electoral College would “save them” and elect Hitlery Clinton anyway. When that failed, it then became the fall-down hilarious “we will impeach him” (even though he hadn’t even taken office yet and even though it was a Republican Congress that wouldn’t do that). When that failed, the desperate children went with the equally fall-down hilarious “Russian collusion”. Now that that has failed, their next dream is Robert Mueller will “save” them...
Removing Trump from office using the law is a consummation devoutly to be wished for anyone, on either side of the fence, who values Principle over Demagoguery.
...Along the way, it was always a matter of days until Trump was gone. And here we are almost 2 full years later, still Making American Great Again.
There is no getting around the fact that Trump is doing at least a couple of good things...
* Establishing conditions that make it far less appealing for Illegal Aliens to sneak across our borders
* Offsetting a prior Leftist Lean to the US Supreme Court
* Restoring sanity to international trade relations
* Establishing conditions designed to erode civil acceptance of sexual perversion and defend traditional marriage
* Hacking away at government red tape in a variety of settings
Trouble is, it's like having Benito Mussolini getting the trains back to running on time...
It's great to see, but the cost to American liberty, dignity, respect and popular faith is frightfully high...
And that price tag continues to grow as the head of the Republic embraces one tyrant and dictator after another while ruining our relationships with old friends...
A lot of people liked Mussolini, too, and he was Making Italy Great Again, but Jesus-H-Tap-Dancing-Christ-on-a-Crutch... at what cost... both immediate and longer-term?
You bumper-stick lightweights just don't run deep enough to conduct objective analysis at that level.
