1/5/2021: The PARAMILITARY GROUP conduct a recon trip to the Capitol from a Comfort Inn in Virginia, their base of operations.
1/6/2021: ACCUSED at 6:27 a.m. informs other PARAMILITARY GROUP on a chat about the quick response teams that are to be staged outside of the city for support. About two hours later, ACCUSED and other PARAMILITARY GROUP leave their Virginia hotel for the Capitol area that will later be besieged by his followers and thousands of other Trump supporters.

Say the FBI can back all this up with documents, recordings, witnesses, etc.
ACCUSED is the suspect who's been charged with sedition.
PARAMILITARY GROUP is the organization ACCUSED is the leader of.
Based on what you've read above, is there enough evidence to convict ACCUSED of sedition? Or does there have to be more?
