Police shot and killed girl. No liberal outrage. She was white.

What the law says is that you can't shoot someone just for pointing a weapon.
If police can legally shoot a civilian for pointing a weapon, than any civilian could then legal shoot police when they point a weapon.
Police can NOT have superior authority to anyone else, because it is the inherent rights of all individual that is the ONLY source of ANY authority at all in a democratic republic.
The mistake is to believe that since government has authority and hire the police, that then police are a higher authority than average people.
That is not at all true in a democratic republic.
The reality is that since the public create government, then government is below the people.
And then since government hires the police, the police then are 2 steps lower than the population as a whole.
Since police also are average citizens, they do then also have the same right of defense as anyone, but no more.
They have no more right or authority to pull the trigger than anyone does.
The risks they face is why they are paid more.
They can't then start shooting people because they no longer want to accept the risk they choose to take money for.

What police SHOULD do is not to shoot, but to take cover.
They should be acting defensively, just like everyone else.
They do not get the right to murder people so that they can just stand there in the open and pretend it was not their fault for getting into a risky situation.

Let's meet you bring your toy gun I'll bring my real one. But I don't know yours is a toy. You can rest assured you will get shot if you even start to point it at me. Police are not required to get shot first then react. Citizens do not have the "right" to disobey the law, ( which includes pointing deadly weapons at LE)no matter how ignorant you are about it. Ignorance is no defense! So I guess you are just ignorant and defenseless! Where we meeting?

He gets out of the car and shoots and unarmed girl without a word? What other term can be used? He executed her for hitting his car, which isn't even his....

She pointed a gun replica at a cop? What an idiot.
You pull a screwdriver on a cop and he'll shoot your dumb ass.Mouth shut. Hands visible. Ears open. No problem, in general.

She hit his car. They suppressed 30 seconds of audio, you just KNOW he is saying "Hit my car bitch? You're fucking dead." He gets out and shoots her without a word.

Straight up murder. Fullerton cops are famous for murdering people.

Agreed.
The cut audio is a clear indication of guilt.
What we saw showed horrendous aggression by the cop.
There was nothing at all to indicate the woman did anything to provoke any sort of response.

It does not matter if there is a BB gun in the road.
The cop could have put it there or it could have been a discarded toy.
Its still murder because he should not have shot, was not in danger because they were too far apart and there was a truck between them, and it was premeditated murder because hand cuffing a person who is injured almost assures a quick death.

1. the gun looks real she pointed it at the officer
2. Police officers are trained to handcuff an assailant even when they are down and have been injured

Suicide by Cop. The problem is that the Cop has to live with it for the rest of his life.

Watch the video, tell me if you EVER see a gun? He first claims a gun after he has shot her, but there is nothing there, then he shoots her three more times.

This cop needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Investigated for sure but what the hell does the cliche "the fullest extent of the law" really mean?

All bullshit aside, a policeman's first and most important obligation is to live long enough to collect his pension.

Accordingly, no policeman can afford to assume risks such as the risk that the black thing that some kid is pointing at him is NOT a gun. Because in a career of such confrontations, ONE OF THOSE TIMES it will be a loaded, lethal firearm. No pension.

And for the same reason, a policeman will not FIGHT FAIR. If you slap a policeman, he will knock you out. If you push a policeman he will pin you to the ground and crush the life out of you. If you present a lethal threat, or appear to be posing a lethal threat, you might very well die for it.

This is the way it must be. Which is why ALL parents tell their kids, especially male kids, not to fuck with the police.

tHE OFFICER NEVER APPROACHED THAT SPOT TO DROP A GUN.

A 17-year-old girl killed by a Fullerton police officer last week appears to have been pointing a replica handgun at the officer when she was shot, according to body camera footage released by the Police Department on Friday.

The graphic 15-minute video, which also features emergency radio transmissions and statements from Fullerton police officials, provides the most complete account yet of the events leading up to the shooting of Hannah Williams along the 91 Freeway in Anaheim.

The on-duty K-9 officer was driving east on the 91 Freeway when he noticed an SUV speeding past him shortly after 7 p.m., according to a videotaped statement by Fullerton Police Lt. Jon Radus introducing the footage.

As the officer attempts to stop the vehicle for a possible speeding violation, it appears to intentionally collide with his patrol car before making an abrupt U-turn into oncoming traffic and coming to a stop facing the wrong way, Radus said.

When the officer approached the driver’s side door, Williams exited and pointed the replica gun at him, Radus said. She can be seen in the video walking toward the officer with her arms outstretched.

The officer opened fire, striking her. The video shows a still-conscious Williams crying out for help as the officer and a responding LAPD officer handcuff her and provide medical aid.

Body camera video appears to show 17-year-old pointing replica gun at officer before she is shot, police say

What we have here is almost an exact replica of a case in my city with a boy named Tamir Rice. In this case, an officer was confronted by a girl with a toy gun which the officer had no way of knowing, and did what he had to do which is protect his life.

There are several differences between the Rice case and this one. First and most importantly, the liberal media has not expressed outrage in this shooting. Two, you had to dig for this story to find it. Three, they were both minors, but this girl was five years older than Tamir.

A USMB member told me that if Tamir had been white, the officer would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law; that the officer should have known it was a toy and waited until he was shot at first before defending his life.

Not to worry though, because this is a white girl, this story will die this evening. It won't be like the year long constant reporting by the MSM like what happened in the Rice case. They likely won't investigate the life history of this officer like in the Rice case, and the city won't give the parents of this mentally challenged girl 5 million dollars because she was white and they need to buy votes.

You can't tell if it is a gun or not in the video and after the fact, it was verified as not being a gun.
The cop was in no danger because he not only was over 20' from her, but he had to have seen her ahead of time through the windows, and it was he who deliberately left the safety of being behind the vehicle and attacked her.
Clearly the audio was deliberately cut to remove this swearing and or threats.
She looks terrified.
She did nothing illegal or wrong.
The cop obviously committed premeditated murder.

Mod note: Edited Title and OP to remove call-outs...

Of course not. Of course there is no left-wing outrage. Left-wingers are inherently evil scum. They don't give a crap about anyone. They murder babies. The only thing they care about is gaining power, and if they can't use a death to gain power, then they do not give flying rats ass about people dying.

Have you been trained as a law enforcement officer?
1. the gun looks real she pointed it at the officer
2. Police officers are trained to handcuff an assailant even when they are down and have been injured
No you don't.
Could have been anything in her hands.
The point is he could easily see her through the windows, ahead of time.
Dude there is a gun in her hands and the same gun is dropped when she's shot

She never pointed anything at him. The replica gun was a drop piece the cop had in his car.
5:06 in the video you can clearly see a gun laying on the ground. 417 is code for gun you will see the gun laying on the white line in the road 5 feet from the front passenger side of the woman's car.

He yells the code, but there is no gun, clearly visible or otherwise. He is providing cover for the plant.

Why did he get out and shoot her to start with? Other than she hit his car?
LET'S BACK UP
The officer called in about the wreck and the woman trying to intentionally hit him. the first sign of aggression
next he gets out of his vehicle and sees the woman exiting her vehicle moving to the front. (frame 4:30 there is nothing laying on the road)
No shots are fired at this time. It wasn't until she turned facing him with her arms in a shooting position with the gun in her hands the officer shoot's he returns to his patrol car at this time you can see a gun laying on the road starting at 5:05 it can be seen laying on the white line in the center of the roadway in front of the womans car and left front of the officers car
tHE OFFICER NEVER APPROACHED THAT SPOT TO DROP A GUN.

The first sign of aggression is the cop lying and claiming she intentionally hit him, when he can't possibly be telling the truth at that point.
There can be no doubt at all that when he says she deliberately hit him, that he is lying.

And no, we can NOT see if there is anything laying in the road or not.

And no, the hands clenched together is not a shooting stance.
The only 2 handed stance with an automatic puts one hand behind the pistol and the other one below the pistol on the bottom of the grip.
If you try to hold a hand on each side, odds are the slide would slice up the top of the hands.

We can't see what is on the ground, but the white center line is now where near where the woman was when she was on the side of the road.
And YES, the cop did approach that spot and could easily have dropped a fake gun,

Absolutely everything you said is easily shown to be false..

It was straight up premeditated murder because the woman was not pointing a gun as claimed, the woman was way on the far side of the truck and not even looking his way.
He had the truck between them, and was in no danger at all.
His shots were totally unwarranted, his actions after were insane, yelling at her to roll over, etc.
Why was the gun laying on the road? how did it get there?

He gets out of the car and shoots and unarmed girl without a word? What other term can be used? He executed her for hitting his car, which isn't even his....
I see a gun in her hands pointing it at the officer.

I am not going to watch that mess again, but before you said that gun was near the center line.
Now you are saying it is closer to the passenger side.
Hardly matters, because the women was directly behind the vehicle, so a gun could not have fallen either way, but straight down instead. And the cop could easily have tossed a fake gun where ever he wanted.
Why else would he have gone back to his car and wasted all that time?
