Take a step back and look at the countries Trump is agitating.

Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran. All of them are allies of Russia and China. All of them have joined forces to wage economic war against the US, in addition to terrorism around the world.

Trump simply is trying to fight back is all.

China gets most of their oil from Iran and Venezuela, or at least they did at one point.
