I have a picture of a round soccer ball that I would like to stretch out from a circle into a slanted oval. How would I do this?

Select the object. Hit CTRL + T. Grab a corner and stretch to your heart's content.

Holding shift maintains perspective ratios...holding CTRL does something else I think.
