With the WE-GOP / Republican Party in full-fledged Fascist melt-down mode - openly screwing their members, demonstrating (and making no secret about it) they couldn't give a damn what the people want - that THEY are running the party and people are just along for the ride, AND the full backlash from the people happening - Paul Ryan is making it clear he wants no part of the GOP's 2016 Presidential Candidate process and has no intention becoming the most hated man in the GOP by potentially accepting the nomination at a contested convention.

The GOP has become a self-made leper, and Ryan has shown the wisdom, if not the intelligence, to stay as far away from the GOP's 2016 Presidential Candidate harikari.

Well, any thinking person can see what he's doing in running a parallel campaign in a desperate attempt to make the party look like it's not being run by escapees from the asylum, so they don't lose the Senate.
