Legislation requiring testing of all pregnant (actual) women to determine, as if by magic, whether the little cluster of cells infecting them has pre-criminal tendencies. If so mandatory abortion and sterilization to prevent that from ever happening again.

I could get behind that as it would prevent there ever again being a Democrat presidential candidate!
