Other nations have large numbers of mentally ill people as well. But they don't have high numbers of gun suicides because they don't have large numbers of guns.

Other nations have violent crimes, and murder, but they have much lower numbers of gun crimes and murder, because they have fewer guns and restrict access to them.

Remove gang violence and the numbers plummet below these mysterious countries you mention.

No, I don't. I was a teacher for 21 years and never encountered any actual cases, but I did see a few false allegations. No sarcasm here in case you were wondering. I am just not hysterical like most of you.
