Out of 510,000 college athletes, how many are trans? We hear from the right as if 1,000s of men are changing into women to compete in sports. But in reality, that is not happening. Riley Gaines started whining about this, but she was beaten by 6 other women in the NCAA finals that Lia Thompson won. Remove Lia Thompson, and Gaines still would not have gotten a medal. So it is time to answer the question:

“How many athletes are there in the U.S. in NCAA schools?” Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) asked Baker during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday on federal regulations around sports gambling.

“Five hundred and ten thousand,” said Baker, a former Republican governor of Massachusetts who has served since 2023 as president of the NCAA, which governs intercollegiate athletics at more than 1,000 colleges and universities across the country.

“How many transgender athletes are you aware of?” Durbin asked.

“Less than 10,” Baker said. He did not say whether that number includes transgender men.

Think of the cruelty to the women...and then think of the cruelty to the men with gender dysphoria. It must be very difficult going to school as a "tranny"... and the parents and coaches that are encouraging them to play sports are not doing them any favors. These men can put down their purses and compete on the mens team. But being trotted out to that first place pedestal, not to be celebrated, but to be scorned and hated is truly cruel to these young confused athletes.
