They might be, which means a very few states will allow this, and any decent girl athletes will move to other states. GOOD. Let the blue states implode!

This will occur at 10:00 AM ET. I have to believe this will be shot down; that is, the Court will rule that only biological girls should play in girls sports, at least in public schools and universities.

This is a 70/30 issue in the US, which 70% of Americans thinking that trans boys should NOT be allowed in girls sports.

But should the unlikely occur, I told my husband this morning that I will claim I'm 70 years old so I can collect Social Security. Why not? If people can "identify" as the sex they were not born to, why can't I "identify" as 70?

I think one of main points is that neither states' statutes expressly discriminate against people that claims their are trans. They only ban biological boys/men from playing on girls/women's teams. Transgender is never mentioned in either statute.

My $0.02: Congress should pass a law saying that sports leagues or teams may choose to ban transgender kids and can not then get sued under any Federal law. Then each state or local sports organization can decide for themselves if they want to allow trans to participate. Some may, some may not, but I see no reason the Federal gov't needs to make that decision for them.

That's what most transgenders are! Did you think there was a difference because they removed their twigs and berries? Almost all of them have not! They just identify as female while sporting an erection!

There are only slightly more boys calling themselves girls. But the bans do not apply to the Men's teams, both boys and girls that think they are boys are allowed to play on the Men's teams.

I'm a father to a daughter and I do NOT support men competing with her.

Lie #1: Trans women have an unfair advantage in sports.

First of all, that's not true and even if it was, anytime a man competes with a woman and doesn't place last, he has used his unfair advantage to beat out a female. I don't care if the man comes in 9th place. The 10th place female was cheated of that 9th place spot because of him

More bullshit - Anytime a man gets a spot on a team, he has ABSOLUTELY taken away an opportunity from the woman who would otherwise have gotten it.

Lie #3: Cisgender girls shouldn’t have to share locker rooms or bathrooms with trans girls.

It's not about safely. It's about privacy. Women don't want to see your naked junk when they're also naked. What is your problem anyway? Do you get off on exposing yourself to women?

Lie #4: Excluding trans athletes “protects” women and girls.

It absolutely does. It protects them from men pushing their..., noses into women's sports.

You want to call yourself a woman? Fine. That doesn't affect me or my daughter. You want to compete against her on the basketball court. No. Go **** off and find a men's team, sweetie.

Finally, we have to talk about Title IX—the civil rights law that promises to eradicate sex discrimination in schools.

The law is pretty clear here. Sex discrimination is not gender discrimination.

Great. If this passes the SC, there's no reason on earth I can't identify as 70 yo disabled and get all the benefits: Medicare and disability. After all, biology is whatever I dream up.
