Gas prices hit $5 a gallon more than a year after Joe Biden took office, not when he was inaugurated

"• When Biden was inaugurated in January 2021, the nationwide average price of gasoline was about $2.46 per gallon. Gasoline prices did exceed $5, but that peak came more than a year later in June 2022."

I was paying less, much less.

You are blind to biden and the democrat party policies.

Food is at a record high and that has nothing to do with covid
Covid mostly effected energy prices, the labor market, and crimped the supply chain. Covid contributed to all, but energy prices contributed to the other two as well.

yes, blame covid, not democrat policies.
Can you really blame Biden for the Year over Year inflation rate (62%) on gas in April of 2021, considering the covid led price drop from 2019? Energy prices effected all other aspects of what consumers buy too.

nope con jobbing as usual.

2 1/2 years?

Some still have not, OPEC is cutting back instead of producing more because the cost per barrel was getting too low for their taste and then there is the lack of Russian oil for most of the world.
