Oil and Nat Gas are Cheaper now than they were in 2018, and the US is pumping more Barrels...

You are absolutely clueless. Why even carry on a conversation with Democrat idiots. We are no longer using our oil for ourselves. We are selling it to our enemies even the Chinese because of the deals Biden cut while vice president along with his son, Hunter. Biden has us with less not more and that's why people are paying $5/gallon in Blue states, and more.
Let see, we produced 12.2 mbd and we add (+) imported about 7 mdb and subtract (-) exported 3.9 mbd we used 15.3 mbd. Lucky for us we also exported 5.9 mbd of other petroleum product to make us energy independent for the entire year, still.

The Government does not sell oil other than from the strategic reserve. There are no restriction on US companies from exporting oil to China.

I say to you. Watch who becomes protected by men in not so good times.

That's fine, but its the price of diesel that matters. At one point, gas dropped to under 250 a gallon under Biden, but diesel stayed high over 4 dollars a gallon. People were asking why prices weren't coming down because gas was down. And I'll tell them just like I'll tell your dumb ass, THE PRICE OF GAS DOESN'T MATTER TO THE COST OF YOUR GOODS. Gas and diesel have completely different demand issues.
One of the reason food prices and other goods shipped with long haul trucks didn't drop as fast. Diesel prices are down now too. Prices should drop through 2024.

You are absolutely clueless what it means to be energy independent. We were selling our oil to others who now buy it from Russia and IRAN (OPEC). Yet, gasoline and electricity has skyrocketed in costs since Biden signed away all the projects including pipe lines from Canada while allowing Russia to open theirs to Germany and NATO. All while prices at the pump have cone up from $2/gal to $5/gal and did that quickly. Covid had nothing to do with this. Demand was down while supply's we down as well. Yet, up went the prices.

Look at the bottom of the first chart. Where there is a negative value in the net imports line we were energy independent. It's the same formula they used for the Trumpybear. The next link will show you the history of our imports - exports and includes all the times during the Trumpyone time in office when we did too. Started in 2019.

Fact Check: President Donald J. Trump Has Unleashed American Producers and Restored Our Energy Dominance – The White House
  • Under President Trump’s leadership, the United States has become the world’s number one producer of oil and maintained our position as the number one producer of natural gas.
  • American energy exports reached an all-time high last year, marking the first time in 67 years that our annual gross energy exports exceeded our gross energy imports.
    • Crude oil production hit new record highs both last year and the year before, leaping past the previous record set in 1970.
  • Crude oil production was up 38 percent last year compared to 2016.
  • The Trump Administration has increased exports of U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) by nearly five-fold and issued 20 long-term authorizations for LNG exports.
  • The President is taking further action today to promote our energy independence by signing four critical permits for vital pipeline and railway infrastructure on our Nation’s borders.
  • President Trump has proven that energy production and environmental stewardship are not mutually exclusive, as America continues to be a world leader in clean air, including in energy-related CO2 emissions.
    • Our Nation’s air quality has improved by 77 percent over the last 50 years, including 7 percent under President Trump.
ACHIEVING HISTORIC DEREGULATION: President Trump’s deregulation campaign has eliminated unnecessarily burdensome rules that stifled domestic energy production.

  • The deregulatory actions taken by the Trump Administration are simultaneously benefiting the American consumer and the energy sector by lowering cost, speeding up projects, and removing unnecessary bureaucratic and regulatory hurdles.
  • President Trump has signed multiple Executive Orders to speed up energy infrastructure development and support American energy jobs.
  • The Administration took action to right-size the Federal Government’s environmental review process, the first such update in over 40 years.
  • President Trump has ended the Obama Administration’s war on coal and is replacing the expensive, job-killing Clean Power Plan with the Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule.
  • All told, the President’s actions unleashing the shale revolution are saving Americans over $200 billion annually through lower energy prices.
    • This is disproportionately benefiting poor households who typically spend a greater percentage of their income on gasoline, natural gas, and electricity bills.
RESTORING OUR GREATNESS: The President’s leadership and decisive action during the pandemic have enabled the energy industry to contribute to the Nation’s economic recovery.

  • President Trump’s leadership throughout the coronavirus pandemic has given energy producers the support they need to keep afloat.
  • A recent analysis showed that the Paycheck Protection Program for companies struggling with the coronavirus pandemic saved more than half of oil field jobs in Texas.
    • The Small Business Administration has made more than $1 billion in forgivable loans to Texas oil field producers to keep their employees on the payroll.
  • While energy producers were hit hard by the sudden drop in demand, due in part from the coronavirus, consumer demand and oil and natural gas production are rapidly returning.

Not much. We're still averaging over 3.80 a gallon. When it costs us 50 cents per mile just to DRIVE our trucks, not including maintenance, driver pay, fixed registration expenses, etc, yea we're going to charge the FUCK out of our customers to try to make money. I was told 2.50 a mile is break even on our trucks. When I started driving under Trump we were breaking even at 1.50 a mile. A cheap recap tire used to be 200 under Trump. That tire is now 350 under Biden. Who is going to pay for that increase in price? YOU WILL.

Diesel was 2.64 a gallon the day Biden took office. It got to almost 6 dollars a gallon (5.81) on his watch on 6/20/22. The price of diesel MORE THAN DOUBLED in 15 months under Biden. MORE THAN DOUBLED. And you think your food prices and goods prices will go down because it drops to 4 dollars a gallon? Think again!

I can PROMISE you, prices ARE NOT GOING TO DROP this year or next. There is no WAY for that to happen. Our prices for EVERYTHING are through the roof. Sorry, BIDEN FUCKED THE POOCH ON THIS ONE.

I don't like Joe Biden....at all.

But, demand is what creates the prices. Gasoline and Diesel are some of the purest commodities that exist. Price varies hourly.

If demand increases and supply can't....you are screwed.

There are so many factors that affect price.

And Biden and Trump are not them.
