If they cannot afford it they don’t pay it. Most have insurance and or Medicaid and or Medicare. Don’t be a dick.

And if they don't pay it, the bill doesn't just disappear. "Most" don't have medicaid or medicare, because a lot of states did not accept the medicaid expansion and if the ACA is taken out by Trump all the people that DO HAVE medicaid lose their's. You don't understand the basics of healthcare at all.
