Iraq was a won war. Agree or not with the decision to go in. It was a won war until Obama's inability to reach a finale stage agreement, which led to a complete pull out.:cuckoo: at least we should have kept a base there, an airbase to help the Iraqi military fight back the Islamist..

Iraq insurgents take Saddam's home town in lightning advance

Sunni rebels from an al Qaeda splinter group overran the Iraqi city of Tikrit on Wednesday and closed in on the biggest oil refinery in the country, making further gains in their rapid military advance against the Shi'ite-led government in Baghdad.

The threat to the Baiji refinery comes after militants from the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) seized the northern city of Mosul, advancing their aim of creating a Sunni Caliphate straddling the border between Iraq and Syria.

Al Qaeda Takes Over US Base in Libya

A key jihadist leader and longtime member of al Qaeda has taken control of a secretive training facility set up by U.S. special operations forces on the Libyan coastline to help hunt down Islamic militants, according to local media reports, Jihadist web forums, and U.S. officials.

Last week, the Libyan press reported that the camp (named “27” for the kilometer marker on the road between Tripoli and Tunis) was now under the command of Ibrahim Ali Abu Bakr Tantoush, a veteran associate of Osama bin Laden who was first designated as part of al Qaeda’s support network in 2002 by the United States and the United Nations. The report said he was heading a group of Salifist fighters from the former Libyan base.

In other words, Tantoush is now the chief of a training camp the U.S. and Libyan governments had hoped would train Libyan special operations forces to catch militants like Tantoush.

That's just utter fucking nonsense. We lost the war, by miles. When we beat Japan, you could go there. When we beat Italy and Germany, you could go there. No American with a working brain who isn't from there is stupid enough to set foot in Iraq. That shithole was never won. Only a strongman could hold it together, and we let them hang him.

We've lost Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and now Afghanistan. Deal with it.

Obama has turned down all requests for help. Our embassy is left like the one in Libya.

Was obama paid off by some rich shiekh? Are the cartels sending him a monthly salary to keep the southern border undefended? Maybe he's just driven by ideology and hate.

All this would be a helluva lot easier without the Boosh world depression and 5 years of mindless Pub obstruction...The world over, the problem is jobless young men...great job, assholes!
