A. Pubs have blocked ALL jobs bills since 1/2010. ie, battle them and their gigantic propaganda machine.
B. Pubs want those trade agreements more, but NOT training for workers affected, or for that matter ANY education of ANY kind for ANYBODY.

Are we going to talk about what a filibuster is again? A NON-WORKING last resort to stall a vote on a bill is all it is. The democrats were able to manuever around Scott Brown and pass Obamacare anyway. Since then there has been NO attempt's at flibustering any bills--as the damage was already done.
