According to British bookmakers, William Hill.

The company is currently offering U.K. gamblers odds of 6-1 on Mitt Romney winning the presidential election and 28-1 on Palin. Barack Obama is favored to win at 4- 9 odds.

I think William Hill is overpricing Obama and underpricing Romney. If I were a betting man - and I'm not - I would sell those odds on Obama and buy Mitt Romney at 6:1.
