What makes you think there will be impeachment proceedings at all? For that to happen, the Far Left will first have to seize power in Congress in November. Unlikely, the economy is booming, look for a Red Wave and President Trump give the left a royal schlonging.
Not everyone votes a dollar bill over Patriotism to this country. The economy was in a tank for so long it would be doing the same regardless of who he President was. What makes me think that Democrats will take over one or both houses of congress in 2018.

Republlicans are outraged over Trump and his love affair with Vladimir Putin, and if they want to get rid of this traitor, hopefully they're smart enough to vote Democrat in November. Republicans really should have started impeachment proceedings on Trump over a year ago, but they are terrified of their right wing base, and refused to do it. So if you want Trump gone, and Mike Pence as President you'll have to vote DEMOCRAT. The longer they wait to get rid of Trump the more damage he does to the Republican party. It's not rocket science.
Vote Democrat in November and make it happen.
If the Republicans think that the Democrats will accept a President Mike Pence and enact Pence's mandate, they are crazy.
Immediately after Pence would take office, the Dems who put him in their crosshairs.
Trump has a record of accomplishment, for Republicans to say we are tired of low unemployment, record stock markets, peace with Korea and Russia and we want to throw that all away, the Republicans won't win another election for a hundred generations.
But I guess that's up to them.
Again, Presidents are not in charge of the private sector economy. And this economy started coming back along with the Stock market 2 years before Trump walked in the door. The stock market he is now trying to kill, with his trade war. The only person who really has their thumb on the private sector economy is the Federal Reserve chairman, and as you should know rates have been going up to slow the economy. The Federal Reserve bank and the Federal Government operate separately & independently from one another, (meaning Trump is not in charge of what they do with interest rates.) They plan to raise interest rates 2 or 3 more times this year.
So the real question is, "is this country (Republicans included) willing to keep a traitor in the Oval office? A traitor as Commander & Chief of this country? I don't think so.
It's in your face from yesterday and Trump's comments after a "private" 2 hour meeting alone with Vladimir Putin, that Vladimir Putin does indeed have something on Donald Trump. Several things within the Dossier file have been confirmed by U.S. intelligence sources.

We've seen Trump do this throughout the campaign season. Trash our allies while praising Putin, while Republicans stood there with mouths agape.
During the meeting with the Russians in the oval office. Trump kicked out American media and let Russian media in. In that meeting there were only 3 other Americans. They were H.R. McMaster, National Security adivser, Dina Powell, Deputy National Security adviser, and Rex Tillerson, Secretary of State. So which one of these 3 leaked to the Washington Post that Trump had given the Russians classified information, that had not gone through the process of being declassified?

This was clearly a deliberate manuever on Trump's behalf. He was showing Vladimir Putin what he could get away with.
And U.S. Intelligence had warned Isreali intelligence months before to not give Trump classified information, citing he is compromised by the Russians.

What Trump didn't figure on is that H.R. McMaster, Dina Powell & Rex Tillerson swore an oath to this country to protect it against foreign and domestic enemies. Did it ever occur to anyone that they may consider Trump to be the enemy, and that's why we get all these leaks?
As far as Pence, of course he is going to be questioned on what he knew and when he knew it, but I think most of the nation knows (like or dislike him) he is a patriot of this country and won't be intimidated nor bullied by foreign adversary's and dictators.
