'The Catholic Church has had serious problems with male priests abusing boys over the age of 12 and covering up those abuses. That is the demographic where more than 80% of all abuse claims originate. Pedophilia is pre-pubescent.

The Catholic Church deserves the punishment and scorn it has received over its abuses and cover ups. This alleged con artist or sexual abuser, the subject of this thread, has nothing to do with the Catholic Church. But thanks for showing interest.

Asclepias the ultimate tragic irony is that
the Catholic church holds the key to curing such addictions,
and they have even fought to monopolize this authority.
Yet their priests who are supposed to be conducting this healing
have refused and denied their own sickness and treatment,
at the expense of countless women and children abused.

One of the most reputable practitioners of Spiritual Healing
Dr. Francis MacNutt left the Catholic Church in part because
of this dispute over who is authorized to conduct Spiritual Healing.
Other churches reject it as "demonic" instead of distinguishing between
the FALSE "faith healing" (similar to the abusive "conversion therapy"
which is dangerous malpractice and fraud) vs. the free and natural
Spiritual Healing (used for voluntary Reparative Therapy) that is
effective and works with natural science and medicine by free choice.

I don't which will come first to break this cycle of censorship
1. will people stop demonizing Christianity so that the truth
of spiritual healing will come out that has cured people of
mental and physical ills, including criminal abuse and addictions
2. Or will people need to see medical proof that these methods
work before they quit denying access to lifesaving measures?

Most everyone who has ever changed their minds about spiritual healing
saw proof first that it works. It's based on forgiveness, so as long as
people "refuse to forgive" then this knowledge is blocked from sharing more publicly.
