High smoking rates, even among females. Heart disease, poverty, lack of access to health care, suicide, especially among females. I mean it is a hell hole. The three largest employers in the county, and that includes damn near everyone. The prisons, the schools, and the sawmill.

Indian Reservations are not a part of any states... they are their own nations and only answer to the federal government.
