I am really struggling with this one.

Do they think the guy who "supposedly" died was part of the staging or was he just accidently killed? Did Corey Comperatore really exist? How about the other two people who were critically injured (shot as I recall)?

Were they part of the staging?

I still can't believe this is a real survey. This makes no sense to me.

Here's the thing. It's been nearly two years since Butler, and we don't know anything about Crooks or his motivations.

We knew very quickly that Hinkley was trying to impress Jodie Foster.
We knew very quickly that Fromme was trying to call attention to the Manson Family case
We knew very quickly that Oswald was a hard-core communist.

Yet here we are, and no one can tell me why a kid from a right-wing family of gun nuts would try to take out Trump. Unlike Oswald's family, which couldn't wait to break bad on him after he was dead, everyone is mute on Crooks.
