Two possibilities in the fall, Trump wins,or Biden wins.

If Trump wins, the Vice President or other prominent Trumpster will be in line for the nomination.

If Sleepy Joe wins, Haley will be blamed for primarying Trump and not unifying the party. She will be the last possible candidate the little Trumpsters will go for. Even if the establishment GOP reasserts power, she might get the nomination but will have zero chance against Hunter , Dr. Jill or whatever other Democrat runs. Won't be able to attract enough little Trumpsters to really stand a chance.
