I don't want to make any enemies in the trump camp, but ^this post^ is pretty much how I see it playing out...and no name calling to boot.Trump will lose in November. That won't be seen as Haley's fault. It will be seen as Trump's fault. By the time January of 2028 rolls around, MAGA will be a distant image in the rearview mirror. By bowing out now, she preserves her chances to run. Whereas someone like Ron DeSantis has permanently damaged his brand. She's likeable. He isn't.
