The judge was appointed by Jimmy Peanuts Carter. He got senior status umpteen years ago. His decision is absolutely reviewable. And it may be that parts of his determinations were correct. But I wouldn’t be surprised if his decision were to get overturned (at least in part) by the circuit court of appeals.
