As everyone is now aware, Roundup Weed Killer (Glyphosate Herbicide) has been proven to cause cancer (specifically non-Hodgkin lymphoma). I used to buy it from Home Depot and use in on weeds around the home until I learned the dangers and started using a home-made, white vinegar, soap, and salt mixture instead (which actually works better and is safer for kids and animals).

Anyway, fast forward to MAHA and JFK's push to "make America healthy again." I applauded many of his moves and his desire to literally help people learn to eat healthy foods. Good for him and good for us.

Here's what RFK said about Glyphosate back in the day on his X account: "The herbicide Glyphosate is one of the likely culprits in America's chronic disease epidemic. Much more widely used here than in Europe. Shockingly, much of our exposure comes from it's use as a desiccant on wheat, not as an herbicide. From there is goes straight into our bodies. My USDA will ban that practice."

So RFK is acutely aware that Roundup/Glyphosate is a danger to health that leads to chronic disease. But watch him flip when Trump decides to continue spraying it on our food for the "National Defense." In other words, the best way to defend America is to give them cancer and RFK has jumped on board with that sort of skewed logic. What's more, Trump's Executive Order also protects the makers of Glyphosate (the Bayer Corporation) from any further lawsuits from the victims of Bayer's product. So if you get cancer ... too "F"ing bad. Live with it!

RFK Jr. fought pesticides for years. Now he’s backing their production

WAY better to protect Big Pharma than the American People. Right President Trump?

I always thought he would be a good HHS Sec. His nutritional guidelines are spot on. His focus on exercise and eating well is just the right tone. He stumbles a bit on the vaccine side, but the very best move he's made was firing big Pharma sitting on a board that made recommendations to the medical field.

His going after this is not a surprise to me. Go Bobby!

Unfortunately, he flipped on the Roundup issue and is defending Trump's executive order. So he's not who we were hoping he would be. He's turning into another Swamp creature, unfortunately.

I hadn't heard that.

The idiot is supporting the EO on RoundUp and glyphosate production expansion, by his boss that thinks it is good for us.

LOL. Says the side who made Big Pharma richer by forcing all Americans to get Covid shots and not allowing those having reactions to sue.

LOL. I was ALWAYS opposed to Big Pharma and the dangerous VAXX. I never took a single shot and I never wore a mask save for about 15 minutes when I had to take a mandatory drug screen for my company. Outside of that, the VAXX was one topic I completely disagreed with Trump on. He still hasn't admitted his huge mistake.

To my knowledge there's nothing out there to replace glyphosate, or any of the other agricultural chemicals that we use. If someone can't swim, they must have a life preserver, until they can.

Sure...yeah.....you feed it to enough rats....and you'll get the answer you want.

You ever follow the history of the Ames test?

Conclusions

A total of 32.1% of patients with glyphosate-surfactant poisoning had poor prognoses, and 5.5% of patients died despite treatment. The mortality outcome is comparable to that of published reports from other international poison centers.

Our food supply depends on it. Banning it would cause food shortages. Famine.

That would be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

I guess widespread famine in America isn't MAHA approved.

High fuel prices may also lead to famine.

But I wouldn't consider for a moment eating "food" coated with pesticides. There's nothing the AMA doesn't love more: someone who stays "alive" but who suffers from chronic illness. Doctors need to pay their yacht payments, after all.

Perhaps you don't comprehend just how dependent America's food supply is on that crap?

But then, of course moonbats with a pathological hatred for America, such as yourself, would love to see mass famine in America.
