But DeSantis didn’t fly them from Florida. He flew them from Texas. If Biden is flying them to Florida in such numbers why couldn’t DeSantis find a plane load there?

Actually, they were flown from New Mexico, another blue state.
They also signed consent forms and verbally consented to making the trip.

Some were already diverted to NY, but mainly Because Texas towns are being stressed way way beyond it's ability to handle the numbers it receives.
