If MANMADE climate change was real Leftards would not be shutting down nuclear power plants, flying private jets or buying mansions on the beach. What is your solution? Since there isn't one available yet.Emphasizing that California must stay at the forefront of the fight against climate change, Gov. Gavin Newsom on Wednesday issued an executive order to restrict new car sales in the state to only zero-emission vehicles by 2035 and threw his support behind a ban on the controversial use of hydraulic fracturing by oil companies. Any questions as to what Democrats want to do?
Newsom orders 2035 phaseout of gas-powered vehicles, calls for fracking ban
Good for Gov. Newsom; it's too bad the author of this post is fear mongering; mocking an issue which is one of the top challenges facing the earth and humanity today.
The Green New Deal. We've done our part, we've put solar panels on our roof, drive a Chevy Bolt (all electric) & a RAV 4 hybrid, the latter to soon be replaced by the Ford Escape, PHEV; own an e-bike, have a well to irrigate our garden (pump is also solar); we compost and use it to grow veggies organically; and try to avoid plastics.
You do things that make you feel self righteous while opposing the things that would make a difference. Nuclear power and fracking for natural gas.
Leftist policies are about feeling smug and superior over making a difference
"Leftist policies"? Your biases are so full of shit it stinks over the internet. Climate Change is real, it's not a hoax like you've been directed to believe by the polluters and Dumb Donald; those who put profit and power over reality and our planet.
BTW, I support New Generation Nuclear Power, along with Solar, Wind and hydroelectric energy producers. Coal is dirty, there is no such thing as clean coal and facking also puts pollutants in the environement.
.What are the effects of fracking on the environment?
Even though fracking has the potential to provide more oil and gas to consumers, the process has long-lasting negative impacts on the environment.www.investopedia.com
