And they are shutting down their last nuclear power plant. WHICH, provides CARBON FREE ENERGY.

Which means....

California is going to need to burn more fossil fuels to create the electricity to charge their millions of electric cars so they can "GO GREEN."

No way, it will fly by 2035, even in California. If that becomes the agreed plan of the state, even with legislature support, I think, they will have bitten off more than they can chew.

If they do not they will have nothing to chew. We are having to make up for lost time already. The UK has a ban on selling new Petrol or diesel cars form 2030 but really it is too slow as well.

Clearly anything electric is not very efficient because electricity relies on remote combustion.
So electricity always requires more emissions than energy that comes from local combustion.
And the cleanest is local combustion from something like hydrogen or biofuel that do not add carbon emissions like remote combustion electricity does.
