Because of MASSIVE GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE, our newest refineries are set to do the JUNK OIL, in other words, tar pit oil..........which for your knowledge costs waaaaaaaaay more to refine then the oil we have beneath our feet, and pollutes more too.
