The sidewalk is a right of way.. if it were public then they could set up a lemonade stand on the sidewalk in front of my house. They can’t, it’s not their property, it’s mine and is included in my tax bill as to lot size and in the assessed value . I have to keep the snow and ice off of it, the public doesn’t .
