from what I can tell, she is saying that she is effectively a secretary, taking a work that others create and types it up, so she isn't responsible to or for the content because her task is simply secretarial. Of course then, as a secretary, she shouldn't be the one fielding questions or presenting the report because she has no accountability to its contents. When a secretary types up a memo dictated by her boss, and it includes factual mistakes, do we grill her for his mistakes?
