Because many who've tried to get legal status have been rejected and even deported.
It's not like dreamers can go to immigration and get legal status. There's a huge risk in doing so. The dreamer act gave them that protection of not being deported.
Without DACA they could be deported.
Durable solid digestive waste.
No person who is not a citizen of this country has any right to enter this country, nor to remain in this country. Period.
As a sovereign nation, we have every right to extend to any foreigner the privilege of visiting this country, or even living here; or to withhold or withdraw this privilege for any reason or for no reason at all. We are absolutely not under any obligation, ever, to allow any foreigner to enter our country, or to remain here.
And we most certainly are not under any obligation to allow any foreigner to remain here who has entered our country illegally, or who has remained here illegally.
DACA was enacted illegally, by a traitorous President who openly took the side of these invading foreign criminals against that of this nation and against that of the American people. By law, DACA has no legal standing whatsoever; and by law, the traitor who enacted it ought to be arrested, charged with treason, and on conviction, be put to death by firing squad.
