Based on the Federal funding in 2014-2015 to the University of North Carolina alone, it could lose $1.4 BILLION from the federal funding sources to say nothing about Federal funding for the State public school system. I don't know where you got that idea about bigot judges!

A suit devoid of merit which will be rejected by the courts.

The North Carolina measure violates the Civil Rights of 1964, and Justice would be correct to sue the state for being in violation of the Act.

Moreover, this is not about the law, but about politics – the politics of fear and division common to most on the right, and the partisanism of a grandstanding conservative governor who can claim to have ‘challenged’ the ‘evil’ Federal government, when in fact all he is doing is defending hate, discrimination, and bigotry.
