True, but if all facts of a case were to lead back to their dereliction of duty or incompetence, then the consequences of their actions should be swift and precise, otherwise in order to send the right message to all judge's that reside upon the benches across this vast nation, wherefore their roles should never be taken lightly nor should they ever be used in a political way.
