I don't know about college graduates, but I agree Catholic teens are not well-versed in scripture. This wouldn't be so bad, but too many are certain they do know and understand Bible stories and accounts from hearing them so often, and so they do not pursue further, more intense study. Frankly, I would say the same of Jewish teens I know. However, I do not know any teens who are Orthodox teens, so that might be very different.
