I can see what you are saying about certain inherent powers, but it's a very fine line because as soon as you take them out of context, it becomes a free for all of unintended delegation.

Take your mention of the power of the purse. The 18 delegated power mentions the governments responsibility to build and maintain roads, postal services, a military. For those things, money is needed, so they gave the house the power to raise revenue, so, while raising revenue is not technically part of the 18, it is in relation to them, in support of them.

So, yes, I guess you are right, that would be an inherent power, it's still limited in scope because it is in support of the 18.

I have been vaccinated, but only after I talked to my doctor to find out if the vaccine would affect me considering my disability and medication I take to keep it in remission. As it turns out the medicine I am taking actually helped nullify the side effects people were experiencing after taking the vaccines.

Had my doctor told me the vaccine would have interfered with my treatment and / or had the strong potential for causing a relapse there is no way I would have taken it.

Try applying your personal argument to the diversity of a collective Homo sapiens genome confronted by the communist virus and then line up the doctors who know what they are talking about, which now that we saw what happened, can only intelligently be called a communist virus.

Trump came in as the anti-Obama. Trump was against masks, Biden was for masks. Biden was for vaccinations, which means Trump supporters have to be against them.

Trumps whole popularity was being against whatever previous administrations were for. The whole "drain the swamp", anti-government anger.

Most people who have not had the vaccine are inner city blacks and Hispanics, not your typical Trump supporters.

Taxes had always been deductible by itemizing. The simple principle was that taxes weren't taxable.

States like New York, and New Jersey have high local state and local taxes. My state does not, therefore I am paying for NY and NJ resident's expenses and my own taxes.
