NASA confirms $118 million Odysseus lunar aircraft has TIPPED OVER onto its side after failed landing on the moon

NASA went DEI so don't ever expect any more successes.

Straight White males like the ones that put a man on the moon using slide rules don't fit the target demographics of NASA so we are pretty much fucked when it comes to competency.
NASA didn't build the lander, duh....

If our Apollo landers had tipped over, they would still be there
Or at least still on the movie set.

They should create a repair droid, send it up and right it

If they are going to launch another moon mission, it won't be "in hopes" of repairing a past mission. They would do better just to launch a new mission.
think they gave themselves a black eye to point it may affect investment

Nah, failures happen. What will happen here is that they will learn from the failures and be even better at successfully sending moon landers.

The first cell phones were terrible. So they improved. People didn't give up on them.

Yeah they do ...this one happened because of stupidity....different than a system failure or unexpected event
