nap time!

Is there any better time when you are parent?
Today I think I am really looking forward to nap time. I stayed up late last night and watched a movie and my son picked this morning to wake up an hour and half earlier then usual. I got about thirty more minutes of him running around before he crashes and then I can have my own nap time.

Well he has finally gone to sleep after taking out every DVD, running smack into the chair a few times, and climbing the fireplace. I am hitting the hay.

Now that mini echo is 14, she sleeps in late on the weekends, let's mom sleep in late, and if I want to take a nap at anytime of the day, I can.





Plus, now she hangs out with her friends, and mom gets some "alone time!"

no I took a three and half hour nap, luckly waking up early meant my son took a long nap then I had to go work. THen I had to pick up my stupid ass kid's dad because he decided to fall of the wagon. I just dropped him off at a friends, they can deal with his crap.

As I get older nap time comes up more often.

I wish it came more often for my son. My sister's kid would take two naps at my son's age, my son take two. And when he takes his naps that is when I have to work or do house work. Today I took a nap, I am able to take about two a week.
